55 Plus Seniors apartments coming up for rent July 15th, 2026. The suites have been freshly painted with new vinyl plank flooring and new counter tops, cabinets and appliances. The rent is $927.00 per month and heated under ground parking is available for $55.00 per month. The suites are approximately 600 square feet with an open concept floor plan. Heat, water, hydro, air conditioning and a fridge and stove is included with the monthly rent. The tenant is responsible to pay for laundry, cable, internet and phone. There is also a meal program at the building that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. There is also a Tenant Resource Coordinator that runs the daily activities for the tenants everyday. There are also special occasions at the building such at live entertainment and dinners on special occasion. The tenants play bingo, cards, do puzzles and exercises and arts and crafts at the building as well as special outings for the tenants to participate in. There are 2 elevators in the building for people who have disabilities. There is church service every Friday at 10am in the 2nd floor common room. There is also a library that has books and computers available to all of our tenants to use. We also have onsite caretaking at the building.
