Also have a basement bedroom $550 with about 5 minutes walking distance to Whitehorn ctrain station available for rent.

The rent is $600 monthly including all utilities, high speed Internet, washer, and dryer.

Applicants MUST have good references from landlords and proof for paying rent on time. Only a few selected applicants will be considered.

First and last month rent is required and must be paid prior to moving in. Non-negotiable. Must be able to provide landlords contacts and most recent paystub for being considered.

About 5 minutes walking distance to Rundle Ctrain Station and about 15 minutes to downtown. All amenities are within walking distance such as Sunridge Mall, TD, Safeway, and SuperStore.
