You must provide your own linen, pillows, towels, plates, forks, etc. It is private and self contained. It even has it own side entrance. Nothing is shared! All utilities are included as well. Parking is not provided but in the spring and summer street parking is readily available. Carlton U students are required to have a meal plan at Carlton since NO KITCHEN is in the apartment nor is there any access to a kitchen. A laundry mat is close by on bank street.
Located in Old Ottawa South - 5 minutes walk to Carlton University and Bank Street (shops, restaurants, night life, etc.), close to Billings Bridge Shopping Center (Walmart, etc) Landsdown Park, the Rideau River and the Rideau Canal. We are also a short 8 minute ride by bus to downtown. This location is ideal!

Please note that a kitchen is NOT provided, parking is NOT provided and laundry is NOT on site. Student who stayed in the past had a meal plan at Carlton U. Also the lease is ONLY from September 1st to April 30th (8 months only) which means students will not be allowed to stay for the summer.
