Room Available now or mai 1st , Cozy Flatshare in a Charming Montréal Home

We’re looking for a great person to rent a room in our spacious and welcoming apartment. Our lovely flatmate Edouardo recently wrapped up his internship and returned to Brazil, so we’re looking for someone to take over his room for about 3 to 6- 8 months.

This is a room in our home, so we’re hoping to find someone who’s independent, kind, and enjoys the occasional chat or shared meal, someone who fits naturally into our easy going vibes.

A bit about us:
I’m a local designer, facilitator, and teacher. Katarina is studying urban studies, and my partner Olivier is a fantastic cook and artisan paper maker. It’s a calm and friendly household, everyone does their own thing, but we enjoy chatting.
The apartment is a classic Montréal layout, it's bright, cozy, and spacious. We’ve got a large living room, a dedicated laundry room We’re just 3 minutes from Laurier metro, located between the Plateau and Mile-End, with easy access to bus lines (55, 80, 30, 27, 51) heading to UdeM and around the city.

The room available is the largest in the apartment and comes furnished.

We would like someone who is not a neat freak but neither a slob ...you know just responsible for normal cleaning,
We also share the apartment with one very cute and easygoing cat, The apartment is non-smoking.
