Although we’ll have completely separate living spaces you MUST be a dog lover- we have a fully trained, very well behaved 7 year old chihuahua named Ralphy. He’s awesome- not hyper or yappy like a lot of chihuahuas can be.
No smoking indoors whatsoever, but we’re ok with it outside- including 4/20 friendly smokers- just keep the area clean and of course be respectful of our neighbours.
It will be a month to month agreement, with at least one month’s notice required should you decide to move out, and vice versa. And if you’re ever in the situation where you’re struggling financially please communicate with us, we’ll sit down and figure it out- don’t turn it into a whole thing by avoiding us or dipping out without notice. We need to be able to trust and rely on one another, as well as be able to communicate any concerns like mature adults.
We’re really friendly, easy going people- just looking to lower our cost of living and also help someone else who’s on their own & also having a hard time affording a nice home in a nice area… Or who just prefers not to live by themselves.
We have adult children as well as some of our immediate family living in Wpg and may have visitors from time to time- otherwise we’re just not very social and pretty much keep to ourselves.
The home located on a clean, safe and family friendly street- close to all amenities and a short distance from U of M.
We are asking $950/month and rent will include everything- all utilities, laundry, internet, parking, etc
We’ll of course share the beautiful yard (and yard work lol) and don’t mind if you have company over to enjoy it as well-respect and common sense is all we really require in a co-renter.
