Room:
This room is in a 5 bedroom 2 bath house located off of Hazel and north of Columbia. The room is fully furnished including a queen size mattress and frame, a large L-shaped desk, carpet, and office chair. This room is located in the basement and shares the recently renovated bathroom with 1 other roommate.

Common Spaces:
It's a spacious apartment with plenty of storage in the garage, multiple closets, and cabinets! The living room comes fully furnished with couches, TV, and more. The kitchen comes well stocked with cookware, air frier, toaster, and more.

Transportation:
Parking is available for those who want it and plenty of space for bikes in the garage. The house is along bus route 19 with transit to Lazardis building < 5 mins and transit to UW ~ 15 mins. Bus routes 201, 31, and 7 are under 10 mins walk away allowing easy transportation around the city.

Local Hits:
10 min walk to McDonald's, Bianca's Pizza, and farm boy.

Roommates:
The current roster of roommates include 3 guys: 1 recent UW alumni, 1 recent Conestoga graduate, and a current UW student. All three are quiet, respectful, and clean who would like to host group movie or boardgames nights or go play pool if you're interested. There is another room available for this term so feel free to bring a friend!
