4 month 1 bedroom in an apartment (SUBLET)

Looking to sublet my room out to a female subletter. Students, recent grads, professionals etc. are welcome!

You'll have the apartment to yourself for the summer, both of my roommates are moving home to work. It's a bright, sunny unit with a really nice balcony for summer days. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the normal stuff (normal-sized fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave), and we have a small airfryer and chest freezer that you can use as well. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer, meaning you won't have to lug your clothes to a laundromat! The living room is fully furnished as well, with a small couch, chairs, and a TV.

The room you'll be renting comes fully furnished, with a twin bed (you provide your own bedding though), headboard, desk, office chair, full length mirror, and a small shelving unit in a large two-door closet with lots of hanging space.

The apartment building is in a prime location, less than a three minute walk away from Centurion Coffee, with an urgent care and pharmacy across the road, and grocery within a 5 minute bus ride. We're about 10 minutes south of the university by bus, and there are two bus stops within a four minute walk of the main entrance that get nearly all of the main line routes to them (99, 56U, 1, 5, etc.). If you have a car, we also have an underground parking spot that you can use, included in the price of rent!

I'm looking to rent out the room for $750 a month INCLUDING utilities, but I am willing to negotiate a little bit. The term would be from May 1 to August 31, but we can be a little flexible on doing move in sooner if needed (no sooner than April 24).
