We are a group of 3 girls in the teaching field, super clean, and easy to communicate and live with!

• Rent: $685 per month
• Utilities/Internet: Not included
• Available Bedroom: One spacious room, large enough to accommodate a queen-sized bed
• Bathroom Access: Shared bathroom located in the master bedroom (we can provide more details if you are interested!)
• Additional Bathroom: Half bathroom available on the main floor
• Shared Spaces: Furnished kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry area with new appliances and furniture
• Parking: Driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars
• Additional Information: No smoking or pets allowed
