I have been renting for 20 yrs im a responsible tenant i have taken care of my landlords house while she was in b.c. i got no problem taking care of the property if needed or if help is needed todo so. We do not party were not loud we are very respectful i do have reptiles in locked cages who do no damage but i would like to get a cat or adopt a cat as i recently had to put my fur baby down .
