We have a four bedroom flat located 2 minutes from Dalhousie Studley campus that we are looking to sublet for the summer (May-Aug 2024). The house is in great condition, it has large rooms and a backyard, and is located in a nice neighbourhood. The entire house will be furnished, laundry is located in unit, and all utilities (heat, electricity, water, wifi) are included. Cost is $1075 per room ($4300 for entire unit) per month. No partying, no smoking, and no pets allowed.
