Our building is located in downtown Woodstock at 114 Queen St., very close to New Brunswick Service, the Post Office, Banks, Tim Hortons, and the Farmer's Market. It’s only 350 meters from NBCC College, with plenty of public parking available outside our building.

Our building is a commercial business with 28 rooms across two floors available for rent. Tenants will share kitchens and washrooms. You are renting a single room, but you have access to a large common area inside the building, two large kitchens (one on each floor), and 9 washrooms.

Price:
- $500/month per person (small room)
- $600/month per person (larger room) an additional $200 if you add another person to share the room.
* Utilities, including electricity, heat, water, and free Wi-Fi, are included.
* The room comes with basic furniture: a bed, mattress, table, and chair. If you find it uncomfortable, you are welcome to furnish it according to your personal needs.
* We require the first month's rent plus the last month's rent, and plus $250 key's deposit before you move in.
The contract is for a year. (Minimum 6 months)
