11min to Algonquin by car
5min to Walmart by car

$20 Uber downtown on Fridays (usually)

Backyard access is shared with unit above us, but lots of room and space for patio and BBQing. Laundry is free and in a shared space in the basement.

I am currently a 25 year old working professional with a 2 - year old cat. I will be renting the basement.

Looking for 3 young professional for a 1 year lease preferably (minimum Jan 2025 to Jan 2026).
