Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed that has substantial storage underneath along with overhead and side cabinets.
Bedroom 2 has a set of bunk beds and a fold down table and benches with storage. Perfect for the kids to do puzzles,games, and crafts or used for additional sleep space. The under bunk storage space is huge and can be accessed from both inside and outside the trailer.

The living space has a pullout queen sized couch and a 4 seat table and chairs.There is a large kitchen sink, plenty of cabinets, and a pantry.

There is a propane stove, furnace, and 6 gallon hot water tank along with 2 new 30-pound tanks.All worked beautifully last fall.

There is an 8x10 vinyl shed fastened to a patio stone floor. We all love an evening sitting around the fire, and this lot has a beautiful fire pit!

We are leaving the RV water hoses, wood boxes,black water tote, and connections.

There is an AC that works amazingly but does need a new seel. The floor from the bathroom to the front bedroom needs to be changed. The previous owners rolled the linoleum out incorrectly, I believe.
