Water is included. You pay Hydro, which is quite moderate. One parking spot is outside the unit. There is also a lot of guest parking on the property.
The buildings are non-smoking, including in the units, only outdoors permitted for smoking. Pets are fine. There are rules about pet maintenance and care on the grounds, so pets need to be registered with the office (no charge).
