We are a friendly family looking for a responsible female to rent the room in our basement. Our house is built in October 2018 and It locates in Panorama Hills Community, Northwest of Calgary, with easy access to shopping centres, Vivo Recreation centre and more.

We offer a bedroom in the basement with bed, desk, and closet, you will share the bathroom, dinning room and living room with another female roommate downstairs, but you will have your own privacy there.

Our house is just 4 minutes walk to bus stop with bus #142 goes directly to downtown, bus #8 goes to University of Calgary and Brentwood C-train station. Our house is very close to Superstore, Save-on-food, Tim Hortons, clinics and pharmacy, theatre, and library, it is easy access to Stoney Trail, Deerfoot, too.

Rental fee includes utilities, Internet and Cable, parking is available. No smoking, no drugs no heavy drinking and no pets, please.
