Rainbow Housing Co-op follows a structured application process.

Application Requirements:
• A non-refundable $30 application fee per applicant (covers credit and landlord checks)
• Anyone 18 years or older are considered applicants
• Proof of income is required. This can include:
o Employment letter (must state income, employment status, and duration)
o Student loans
o CPP/OAS
o EI
o Pension or other forms of income
