Shared utilities include hydro, gas, and water that are already set up and average around $70 per person per month
The unit is located approximately a 10-minute walk from the University of Guelph, so no bus is needed.
Preference will be given to a group of three students, but individual students are also welcome to apply. I can help connect individual applicants with other students who are looking for roommates.
