Renovations will continue for at least the first 6 months and will include flooring, rebuilding the kitchen cabinets, trim work, painting and touch-ups, and work in the basement.
Renovation activity will vary from week to week. Some weeks, work may take place 2–3 days, while other weeks there may be no work at all. Applicants should be comfortable living in a property where improvements are being completed gradually.
Ideal Tenant
We are looking for a responsible, respectful tenant who will take good care of the property and is comfortable with renovations taking place throughout the initial six-month lease term. Someone who is handy or has knowledge of construction and renovations would be a great fit.
Rental Terms
$1,000 per month for the first 6 months while renovations are ongoing.
Tenant is responsible for utilities.
Initial 6-month lease, followed by a month-to-month rental.
