We’re moving out because we recently purchased a home, and we’re offering a sublet for our townhouse located at 61 Ellisborough Crescent SE, Elliston Village. We're planning to move out between May 25–30, so you're welcome to move in anytime during that period. Otherwise, you can plan for a June 1st move-in.

The current lease has about 2 months left, and after that, you can renew for a full year if you’d like. If not, you’re also welcome to just stay for the 2-month sublet period.

This is a 3-storey townhouse with the following features:

Main floor (1st floor): Attached garage, plus a driveway that fits one more vehicle. There’s a small living space with a walkout to a tiny backyard, a half-bathroom, and a utility/storage room.
2nd floor: Spacious kitchen and living room. The home has very high ceilings, lots of large windows, and excellent lighting and ventilation. There’s also a large balcony perfect for a BBQ grill and patio furniture.
3rd floor: Two large bedrooms. One is a master bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, and there’s another full bathroom for the second bedroom. Walk-in closets in both rooms. Washer, dryer, and extra storage are also on this floor.
The townhouse is newly built in 2024, so everything is in excellent condition. It’s right next to a small park and playground, and Elliston Park is just a block away. Major shopping centers like Costco, Walmart, Winners, and East Hills Mall are just a 5-minute drive. There’s also a bus stop right at the entrance of the townhouse complex.

This unit had a lot of competition when we first applied — it’s hard to find something this new and well-priced in Calgary.

Deposit is half a month’s rent ($925), and it’s due with the first month’s rent. You’ll submit a rental application through the condo management office, and you’ll need to provide your 3 most recent pay stubs. If you need help filling out the application, I can assist.
