Rent includes electricity, water, heat, hot water, laundry facilities, and off-street parking for two vehicles. No smoking or pets are allowed. If a parking spot is not needed, the monthly rent will be reduced $100.

You will be occupying the main floor which is approximately 1288 square feet of living space. The three bedrooms are large with carpeted floors. One of them has its separate 2-piece bathroom. The living room and the dining area are large and have hardwood floors, the kitchen has vinyl flooring.
Laundry facilities are shared with the tenants of a self-contained basement suite. The suite is currently rented to responsible and considerate professionals working at the University. The suite has a separate entrance.
Available September 26, 2026, or later. Showings are by appointments.
Tenants must be willing to sign a lease contract with at least 7-month commitment, and they must provide positive proof of financial capacity to fulfil their obligations as specified in the contract. A security deposit of one month’s rent is required upon signing the lease.
