I am moving to a bigger place with my boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over the lease. I’ve lived in this building since I moved to Montreal in 2022. It’s extremely convenient and located in the heart of downtown. Grocery stores, universities—everything is close by.
I am flexible with the move-out date, anywhere from October 20 to November 1. If you can move in by the end of October, you won’t have to pay for that month.
