I am looking to transfer the lease of my beautiful condo on the 23rd floor in the ALLEGRA building. The lease ends June 30 2025 with the possibility for renewal. The dwelling is extremely convenient and located in the heart of downtown. Grocery stores, universities -everything is close by.
I am flexible with the move-in date starting from mid October to 1st November. If you can move in by end of October, you won't have to pay for that month.
