Your INCOME (take-home pay ) should be at least 3x the RENT ( minimum 3750 CAD )

No cases with the rental board

You will have to fill out a few documents. The landlord charges a fee of 50 dollars for a lease transfer( per person ). You will have to cover this and it's due upon submitting your interest.

The landlords will respond with a decision. (1-3 business days )
