This is a No smoking, No pet apartment. The external entry is not suitable for children.
The apartment and it resources cannot be used for any commercial or unlawful purposes. A guest may not stay over for more than 2 nights in any given week and only when the tenants are present.
The landlord must be notified in advance of guest stay overs.
There is no other storage than what is available in the apartment.
