23rd floor, South-West facing with floor to ceiling glass windows in the living room(incredible view, including the CN tower, see pictures), huge balcony, and a view of lake Ontario in the distance from the smaller bedroom.
We have furnished carefully with more than just essentials: King bed in the larger bedroom, double sofabed in the smaller bedroom, very comfy couch that can sleep one in the living room. Dining table, armchairs, bookshelves with lots of books, 2 desks, a hand carved bar, patio furniture.
Wellesley community centre-a free community centre with a heated pool and jacuzzi, pilates, yoga classes, basketball and daycare is a 1 minute walk away! Freshco is right next door, 50m away. Many other small grocery shops, food chains, Shoppers drug mart etc. are within walking distance.
Incredible transit connectivity with Sherbourne station a 5 minute walk away (400m exactly) and College and Dundas streetcars a 7-10minute walk away. Walking distance from TMU, UofT Campus and not far to OCAD and Chinatown either.
We can offer a video tour of the apartment to anyone interested who is currently overseas.
Rent: $2400 per month. Hydro (electricity), internet included. First and last month's rent to be paid upfront. Additional refundable furniture security deposit of $500, will be returned when the premises and all within are returned with no damage. Previous occupants will vouch for our integrity in returning this and we can connect you to them.
A contract must be signed. Copies of visa and passport proving legal ability to live in Canada / employment/short term education in Toronto would be required. Occupant MUST have their own tenant's insurance over and above the tenant's insurance we carry.
