There is a shared kitchen and laundry on the main floor. The house is shared with 4 other bedrooms.
Fridge is shared between 2 people only.
House is very quiet.

The house is located in Keele street and Finch Avenue, it is near many bus stops, minutes away from the Subway station and grocery stores.

There is free parking on the street from 6 pm until 6 am but there is no parking on the property. There may be parking for rent at neighboring houses.

We are looking for a responsible, quiet mature individual or couple who will be respectful and considerate of the other tenants and will maintain a clean, organized living space.

The room is available starting January 1, 2026. We are looking for a long-term rental for a minimum term lease of 6 months.

All utilities are included in the monthly rental price of $1,500 including Hydro, Gas, Water, Laundry (washer dryer) and high speed Internet.

The current tenants living in the house are 1 male and 3 females.
