Barge dock is built with all galvanized hardware and 20 3x4 600lbs abs plastic foam filled floats.
Floating cottage has a covered 4x12 porch with built in storage and bench. The storage holds a brand new generator and the bench stores the batteries underneath.
Inside there are two lofts, one for storage above the porch and a second at the back above the kitchen that has a queen size bed. Both lofts have windows or air vents. The kitchen is all brand new from okra featuring a large sink, 12v mini fridge and a two burner propane stove. The bathroom has a full size shower, 120 litre water storage with two pumps and a top of the line marine toilet with 100 litre waste water tank connected on the outside dock. The toilet draws water from either the ocean or the clean water storage tank. There is a tankless propane water heater that comes with the cottage but hasn’t been installed.
All the lights and wiring are 12v in a sleek electrical closet by the front windows. Breaker panel, battery charger, inverter installed that keep it running smoothly. There is a 300 way solar panel system on the roof. The main area has a ikea daybed, ikea kitchen table and chairs. Everything you see is included! Purchase this and never pay a bill again. No property tax in the ocean, no power bill etc. It’s not perfect but it’s built well, brand new and will definitely be the talk of the town wherever you are as it gets compliments everyday.
