We now have 2 spacious rooms near Laurel Creek for rent starting Sept. It's a few mins walk from bus stop 9 and it takes about 25 mins to get to UoW/Laurier. It's a quiet neighborhood and close to Conestoga mall

The common space such as the dining room, kitchen, and the laundry area will be shared with a few others including the owner.

Utilities and internet are included. Rooms are furnished. There will be no street parking avail

We prefer quiet and clean students or full time working professional who'd be interested in renting from us long term. We will prioritize those who doesn't require a parking spot and don't cook often.
