We now have 1 master bedroom and 1 other balcony room left near the Columbia/Hazel area. It's a 2mins walk from bus stop 9 and it takes about 15 mins to get to UoW/Laurier

The common space such as the dining room, kitchen, and the laundry area will be shared with a few others including the owner. Meanwhile you will get your own room
Utilities and internet are included. Rooms are furnished. There may be street parking

We prefer quiet and clean students or full time working professional who'd be interested in renting from us long term. We will prioritize those who doesn't require a parking spot and don't cook often. If you're interested, please drop me a message including:
