2 different rooms are available January 1, 2025 - April 30, 2025, with possibility of extensions in 4 month terms. Single males only, as common areas are shared with other male students. (because of fraud, proof of acceptance to a Hamilton college or university is required for in person viewing and online acceptance).
Applicant must be, an absolute NON Smoker/vaper, RESPECTFUL, VERY CLEAN & TIDY, and like cats (cats not allowed in main suite or bedrooms).
These bedrooms are in a furnished 3 bedroom main floor suite (private entrance, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting and eating area). In the owner occupied upper apartment, there is also, a large attic family room for 'House family' meals/games/movies, and a large seasonal private deck with BBQ and hot tub. See pics. All utilities, WIFI, and bi-weekly cleaning, are included in your room fees. The Grand Room is $950/mo for one student, or $1250/mo for 2, and the Blue Roomis $775/mo.
Centrally located between Fairleigh and Burris on Main St E, it is walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, and dollar stores, restaurants, bars, parks, hiking and bike paths. 3 bus stops within 1 block = downtown Hamilton 10 minutes, Mohawk College's main campus 30 minutes, and McMaster main campus 20-30 minutes.
