The room is part of a cozy 3 bedroom house in a quiet area of Kingston. The landlord (owner) is a medical student himself and occupies the basement, while there are two other quiet girl students in the other two rooms on the main level. UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Will suit student or healthcare professional. I am providing you with you WITH my FURNITURE (included in the rent) but it’s your option to take it or not. Thanks.
