We have 2 rooms available for rent! in our large five bedroom house located on Hamilton mountain on Matteo place. Each room is $700 per month first and last months rent is mandatory and you would need to fill out a rental application for approval. The rent includes all utilities. You do get your own parking spot in the driveway and storage for any stuff as the room comes fully furnished, but if you have your own furniture, you’re more than welcome to use your own furniture and we can put our stuff in storage.



The rooms are available for april 15th and you can either rent for short term or long-term. There are currently three other female students who attended in college who rent rooms so you would be sharing the common areas with them such as the kitchen, laundry room, living room room. Close to Walmart, mall, shopping stores, McMaster university and Mohawk college We do not allow smoking in the house and no parties as we have a very quiet and clean house and we’d like to keep it that way there’s also a swimming pool at a hot tub that is open during the summer months from May to September. we are the owners, but we do not live at the house as we have our own house in Windsor Ontario. We do come once a month to check up on the house and collect rent from the tenants.
