2 rooms for rent

I will be having 2 rooms for rent in a very quiet neighbourhood starting July 1 2026.

They are both fully furnished 1 is approx 9x12 and the large one is approx 20x12. there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a full 3 piece bathroom. Internet and cable included. You and another person will be the only ones using the kitchen and bathrooms that is in your private area. The smaller room is $700.00 the larger one is $775.00. There is a $250.00 damage deposit and a 1 year lease. I am looking for 2 mature full time working people that are not working out of the house. call 506-457-8317 to book a showing.
