Additional cost-
25$ -once a month professional cleaners visit to clean common areas
100$ deposit - deposit will be returned once the keys and the room is given back in the way it was given ( clean, no damage)

Common areas ( kitchen/ washroom) shared by others
Internet and all utilities are included in the rent.
