We are looking to rent out two rooms in this spacious Riverdale house on First Avenue (Gerrard and Broadview)

The East Chinatown location means we are surrounded by restaurants and stores, and right next to Riverdale Park and the streetcar to the subway.

Room 1: Currently being used as an office, this is $1100 CAD per mont, not including bills

Room 2: This is the largest bedroom in the house and takes up the entire top floor. It has an en suite and a roof top you can go out onto. The shelves and table pictured can be left if you want them. This is $1400 per month for this room, not including bills.

We have a garden, good sized dining/living room and well-equipped kitchen. There is also a garage with space for two cars.

The two housemates are Jessica, a florist from Mexico and George, a film editor/bartender from the UK. We are open to pets and couples, the landlady just requires a few documents from the main tenant (Landlord reference, proof of employment letter etc.)
