We have 2 shareable bathrooms, one on the main level and one full bathroom in the basement including a laundry room and lounge area. The kitchen is on the main floor at the front of the house, the dining room is in the middle section and the living room is at the back facing the backyard. Rooms are upstairs and they are fully furnished (bed, desk, chair & wardrobe).

The utilities will be shared (kitchen, laundry, etc) with others. In addition, each student will have a mini fridge at their disposal, utencils/plates/bulls/cups/microwave/toaster/kentle/pans

The rooms will be available at the beginning of March 1 2026.
Monthly payments of $850 at the beginning of each month & I require 1st and last month's rent for deposit.

- Laundry can be done once a week
- Bus stop is 3 mins walking distance
- Plaza with grocery store, pharmacy, gym and restaurants are 9 mins walking distance
