House is located within 5-7 mins drive of DVP, 401 and 2 minutes of walking distance from multiple 24 hour bus stops being any direction N S E or W. All the required amenities like Shoppers drug mart, Metro, food basic, McDonald’s, Popeyes, gas station and more restaurants are located with in 5 mins of walk from the house.

You will be sharing the house space with one working indian(Punabi) (me)male. First 3 pictures are of the larger bedroom which has a rent of $875 plus utilities and can also be shared by 2 people if you want a room in sharing. Next 3 pictures are of second individual bedroom that has a rent of $650 plus utilities. Both the rooms have there own walkin closet with the larger bedroom also having entrance to the deck or backyard through the glass door that you see in the pictures. You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and living room with another housemates so it’s required to keep the space clean once you are done using and not to leave all the mess afterwards.

First and last month rent is required upon moving along with $150 safety deposit which will be returned when you plan to move out without any damages of your fault.
