Perfectly located 3km from Algonquin college and Carleton university this clean and quiet townhome is the ideal place to call home.

Each room has a locking door with personal key and comes with a desk, a lamp, an office chair, a garbage can, a bedframe and mattress, a storage cubby in the closet for clothing organization and 10 coat hangers.

Also provided is your own fridge and freezer. You will have dedicated cupboards in the kitchen for your dry goods/dishes as well as your own very large shelf in the upstairs washroom and your own drawer in the vanity.

Shared accommodations of the whole house including kitchen,dining room, living room,1.5 washrooms, laundry facilities and backyard.

The main washroom is cleaned once a week and we share responsibility for this task. I do it the first and the last Saturday of the month. This means once a month it will be your turn to clean the washroom. You are expected to wipe the counters after using the kitchen and tidy up after yourself in all common areas.

Visitor parking can be used in front of the house for 3 days a week. On street parking is available a short 200m walk from the house the rest of the time.

Transit is available outside the home and can have you to Algonquin college or Carleton university in 15 to 30mins.

When both rooms are rented there are a total of 3 people living in the home (myself included). Not overcrowded.

I have a pet cat so if you're allergic to cats or don't like pets this isn't the place for you. She is a great addition to the home. The cat will keep her distance from you unless you make an effort to befriend her, in which case she may follow you around and watch you from a distance as you prepare meals in the kitchen or excitedly anticipate any treats you may give her. She doesn't scratch or bite, Most of the time you will find her sleeping on the stairs or stretching out on the couch. Her litter box is in the basement and out of the way. The litter is cleaned regularly and odour is not an issue. She sheds a little bit but I vacuum often and stay on top of it as I like a clean/comfortable home for myself and my guests. If you want a pet without any responsibility for it's care, this is the place for you.

Room 1 measures 11x15 and has a larger bed and larger closet this room is $925/month.

Room 2 measures 11x9 and has a smaller bed and smaller closet this room is $800/month.

Rent is month to month. I've had people stay 3 months and I've had people stay two years or more. If you're a good fit you can stay as long as you like. First and last month's rent due on move in.
