House will be shared by between the male owner of the house. One room already has mattress and bed, can use but if you want to bring your own it can be removed from the room.

Rent $550 10% utilities per room. Rooms are upstairs in the house with shared kitchen on the ground floor. Room can be shared between two people but rent and utilities will increase.

Bathroom will be shared with the person in the second room.

Laundry also shared on the same floor, will only be allowed once a week.

Ideal for students or single employed person.

No parking available, will have to park on the street in front of the house. The house has a park right in front of the house where you can spend your leisure time.
