Location: East 49th Ave and Main St. Vancouver, there is a bus stop just in front of the house, 3 minutes to Langara -49th Ave. Station (sky train station), 20 minutes transit to Vancouver Downtown, 3 minutes transit to all banks, entertainments and groceries.

You will be sharing the house with roommates in their late 20s, they do not smoke or drink alcoholic, no drugs, no parties, no loud music, no pets and no smoking inside.

All the tenants have to take turn to follow the clean up schedules.

I would prefer mature students .
People with working visa and full time employee are very welcome.
