I AM NOT THE LANDLORD I HAVE TWO ROOMMATES THAT ARE MOVING OUT. Please I don’t set the prices I am going off of our bills for the last two years. I am far from being greedy. I broke down in the post the cost of everything if you divide it by 3 you will see. Yes I pay the same too.

I have 2 unfurnished rooms for rent in a 3 bedroom home for 750$ a month for the smaller room and 850$ for the larger room suitable for couple. everything included. oil is included but as the price is going up right now we all just have to make sure we work together to keep oil in the tank. You must be ok with kids and animals as my grand kids are here lots of the time. We have a dog You can have a kitten but no other dogs at this time. The rooms will be available the end of March i would like to have them secured by the 20th damage is 375$ and 450$ We can do month to month agreement as we need to make sure everyone can be comfortable together.i am very laid back just want the people to be able to help keep the common shared areas clean. Once we meet and if things go Well I will be asking for a child registry clearance report do to my grand children being in the home. I need to make sure whoever I pick is going to be safe to have around them. Please any questions don’t hesitate to ask. Please no rude comments the cost of living is hard on everyone, I am just a person who want to find someone to share the home with. I stay in my room lots because of the pain I am in. I don’t drink but am not against it I am ok with 420 outside and smoking outside. It is an older home but work is going to start being done as long as all tenants pay rent by the 28th of each month so we can send to the owner. Thank you for reading. Sorry I am adding more reading but the hate comments are really getting to me.
Rent-1800$ a month
Power- 180$ a month
Oil-300-700$ a month (I am trying to stay at if we each do 150$ depending on price and time of year we should be good) oil hot water
Wifi- 102$ a month
Water- is anywhere from 60-80 a month.
So please add that all up and divide by 3. Unless a couple takes the larger room. I DONT SET THE RENT OR ANY OF THE UTILITY COST.
So people can complain about their power bills and water bills going up but we as renters have to pay them too. Sure it’s frustrating yes but I am just hoping to help someone else get a roof over their head. I am stressed out enough I don’t need the hate. Finding a place to live is hard. So please if you have nothing nice to say just scroll on.
