AVAILABLE: May 1st- June 30th (2 months)

RENT: $1000 a month (all included). The building offers on site laundry in the basement at additional costs.

ACCESSIBILITY: The building has an accessibility ramp, two manual doors (no accessibility button) to lobby. Elevator access to all floors.

REQUIREMENTS: First and last months required.

AMENTITIES: The apartment is steps away from Sherbourne station and there are lots of grocery stores and shops within walking distance. (FreshCo, No Frills and Shoppers Drug Mart).

THINGS TO KNOW: You will be staying in the apartment with my roommate Isabelle ( she/ her prounouns) while I’m away. You will also be staying in the apartment with 2 cats who are very social and playful. If I you don’t like pets, this is probably not the right space for you. I’m looking for someone who is respectful and considerate of the space and someone who is able to communicate effectively regarding any household issues.
