Nous sommes 2 colocataires d'une colocation de 4 personnes qui cherchont 2 personnes pour occuper les chambres qui seront vacantes au 1er juillet.

Il y a 1 petite chambre en demi sous-sol et 1 grande chambre au RDC. La petite est à 550$ par mois et la grande à 625$.
Les chambres sont non-meublées mais l'appartement a électros inclus et un lave-vaisselle fonctionnel en bonus.
Internet et Hydro non-inclus.

L'appartement est un duplex RDC/demi sous-sol avec 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains et 1 buanderie ainsi qu'une (très) grande pièce à vivre et un demi sous-sol dont nous nous servons comme second salon.
Il y a également une cour arrière partagée avec les voisins du dessus.
L'appartement est situé à ~10 min en bus du métro viau.

Le quartier est calme et nous avons un supermarché à 1 min de marche de l'appartement.
Pas de place de parking dédié, d'animaux ou de fumeurs.

Hello !

We are 2 roommates in a shared apartment for 4 people and we are looking for 2 people to fill in the 1st july.

There are 2 rooms available, 1 small in the basement and 1 big at ground level. The small one is at 550$ per month while the big one is at 625$. The rooms are not furnished but the apartment comes with washer-dryer, fridge and a dishwasher in bonus.
Internet and heating not included.

The apartment is a duplex with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms and 1 cellar also with 1 (very) big living room and the basement which we use as a second living-room.
There is also a garden that is shared with the neighbours above.
The apartment is located ~10 min by bus from the Viau metro station.

The neighborhood is calm, and we have a supermarket 1 min away from us.
No parking spot dedicated, animals or smokers.
