I don't have updated pictures as of yet so this is a mix of what I have available. It is a true one of a kind little gem of a house. Rent is $1850 ($106 going to municipal utilities) plus DD. You will be responsible for municipal utilities however this will come out of the $1850 we are charging for rent. I hope that is not confusing which is why Im stating twice.
