We have 1 shareable bathrooms, full bathroom in the basement including a laundry room and lounge area. The kitchen is on the main floor at the front of the house, the dining room is in the middle section and the living room is at the back facing the backyard. Rooms are upstairs and they are fully furnished (bed, desk, chair & wardrobe).
The utilities will be shared (kitchen, laundry, etc) with others. In addition, each student will have a mini fridge at their disposal, utencils/plates/bulls/cups/microwave/toaster/kentle/pans
The rooms will be available at the beginning of October 1 2026.
Monthly payments of $825 at the beginning of each month & I require 1st and last month's rent for deposit.
