This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow is situated in the rural area of PEI, in Rocky Point, near the hiking trails of Skmaqn-Port-la Joye-Fort Amherst National Historic Site and Countryview Golf Club. It's conveniently close to the Island's renowned warm South shore beaches, with the nearest one just 1.4 km away.
A 10-min drive takes you to Cornwall, while Charlottetown is reachable in 20 min, and Summerside in 50 min.

Can be rented with a furniture.

It has electrical heating with a heatpump oil furnace as a backup. There is a newly installed Energy Efficient Heat Recovery ventilation system which supplies fresh air and saves money on heating bills. Also the house has a gas generator and a hookup.

Rent includes unlimited data of XPlore 50MBit 5G Internet Wi-Fi, washer and dryer service in the basement.

Tenant pays all electricity/heating costs. Snow removal and grass cutting is not included.

References and a one-month down payment are required.
