rental application, proof of income, references, equifax credit report, First & Last, proof of tenant insurance. The lease runs for one year, and a renewal required. It does not go month to month after that one year.
This is a two bedroom apartment - ideal for one or two people, not a family. With the utilities being included the occupancy has been factored based on that. Should there be more than two people at any time, the utilities would be adjusted to reflect that.
The lease, and the financial responsibility of the contract, will be in one person’s name and therefore based on their credit and affordability, even though all occupants names will be on the lease.
