Good day my husband and I are renting out two bedrooms in our beautiful house located in Oakville Ontario in the River Oaks area, which is in a quiet neighbourhood on Hampstead Road in River Oaks major intersection close to is upper middle Road and six line.



Each room is $675 per month first and last month rent is mandatory and you would need to fill out a rental application for approval. The two rooms are available May 1 or sooner if needed each room does come with your own private bathroom as shown in the pictures.



Each room does come fully furnished so you do get your own furniture such as bed, dresser, TV night, tables, etc. if you have your own furniture, you’re more than welcome to bring it and we can put our stuff in the storage. You also get one parking spot in the driveway and all utilities are included such as heat Hydro, hot water, unlimited Internet and satellite television. There are two other female university students who rent rooms in our house who attend Sheridan college and work full-time so you would be sharing the house with them such as the kitchen, laundry room, living room, room, and basement. Our house is pet friendly but we do ask that you do clean up on a daily basis after your animals in respect to other tenants that live there, we do not allow any smoking in the house. You may smoke outside or in the backyard and no parties and please no loud music after 11 PM.



Our house is close to the local bus stop if you do not drive as we are only five minutes away from the Oakville Go station, Walmart, Oakville, mall, grocery stores, gas stations, convenience, stores, and much more.
