2 bedrooms available for rent in house in Oakville (river oaks)

Two bedrooms available for rent We have two rooms available front in our large five bedroom house located in Oakville Ontario on Towne Boulevard in the River Oaks area. Each room is $700 per month first and last months rent is mandatory and you would need to fill out a rental application for approval. The rent includes all utilities. You do get your own parking spot in the driveway and storage for any stuff as the room comes fully furnished, but if you have your own furniture, you’re more than welcome to use your own furniture and we can put our stuff in storage. The rooms are available for May 1 and you can either rent for short term or long-term. There are currently three other female students who attended in college who rent rooms so you would be sharing the common areas with them such as the kitchen, laundry room, living room room. We do not allow smoking in the house and no parties as we have a very quiet and clean house and we’d like to keep it that way there’s also a swimming pool at a hot tub that is open during the summer months from May to September. we are the owners, but we do not live at the house as we have our own house in Windsor Ontario. We do come once a month to check up on the house and collect rent from the tenants.
