This townhouse is in Stittsville, bordering Kanata. Conveniently located very close to the Queensway, the Canadian Tire Centre, and Tanger Outlets. Would share the entire house with one other roommate.

Looking for one tenant. In addition to the bedroom, you’d have your own bathroom as well. The house has a currently unfenced and unfurnished backyard (I do have a barbecue), a finished basement with a home gym (barbellv bench, dumbbells, etc.). Dining and living rooms are furnished but you would need your own bed, desk, etc. for your bedroom. For hydro/gas/water/internet which are not included in the rent, I estimate you’ll need ~$150-$200 in addition to the rent amount.

I’m a 27-year-old software developer. At this point I’m looking for one other person to move in. Not looking for anyone with cats/dogs at this point. Please reach out if you’re interested!
